NOVIKOV PAVEL VLADIMIROVICH
Born on April 12, 1957. In 1983 he graduated from the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute named after V.I. Ulyanov (Lenin), in 1991 - the pedagogics faculty of the Leningrad Voznesensky Financial and Economic Institute.
1st Class State Advisor of the Russian Federation. State service experience for more than 15 years and awards, including in senior positions in the Administration of St. Petersburg.
From 1993 to 2001 worked in the banking system of the Russian Federation in leadership positions.
Since 2001, he was the head of the Department of Medical and Health Complexes, the Deputy General Director of the Medical Center, the Chief of the Main Operations Administration in the Department of the President of the Russian Federation Affairs.
PhD in Economics.
Appointed as Deputy Minister of Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy of the Russian Federation by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation, dated December 8, 2008, No. 1830-r
